Position Description:

Well established roofing company is looking for a RESIDENTIAL SALES ASSOCIATE (RSA). The RSA reports to the Residential Sales Manager.

Job Expectations:

• Previous door-to-door experience is a plus, but not required
• Great communication skills
• Physical ability to work on your feet
• Personal transportation
• You are a driven and goal-oriented individual
• You are honest, and hardworking
• You can set goals and achieve them

**Roofing experience is a plus**

Responsibilities:

• Knock door-to-door (Direct Sales)
• Set appointments with customers and perform property inspections
• Help homeowners with storm related damages and assistance in insurance process
• Providing repair estimates to become signed contracts

Compensation Terms

Up to 90 days paid training
After training period 100% commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
